E-Learning Module
- Every four months, a batch of 40 students receives technical training as well as job placement.
- Computer Essentials - Daily, students are learning important computer skills such as emailing, documenting, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, designing, typing, and so on.

Communication Skill Training
- After basic computer skills, students are taught how to communicate effectively in order to succeed in their careers.
- Spoken English - To enhance communication, enrolled students taken part in debates, thought-provoking conversations, and other activities that would allow them to practice speaking.

Intervention in Child Labor Project
- Via socio-economic and educational development initiatives, empower the people in the villages and stone quarries surrounding Chennai
- Enroll and admit quarry children to schools.
- Assist dropouts and youth with evening sessions so that they may finish their homework, practice English, and socialize.

Nursing Program
- According to government guidelines, when the program began females who completed their tenth grade at the age of sixteen would be employed at the age of eighteen.
- Six months theory - Doctors and Nurses would train students with theoretical knowledge on Nursing
- Six months Practical - Trained students will be given the chance to work with experts in order to obtain experience, as well as a stipend.

Retail Management
- Trained students are given extra finance knowledge as part of an e-learning module that covers commercial work, client dealing, sailing and retail, sales closing, and product packaging
- The plan is for them to start as a salesperson or saleswoman and work their way up to a higher-level marketing position.

Tailoring Course
- Teenage girls got tailoring vocational and technical training to assist individuals to obtain the skills they need to work in the textile sector and create an income-generating business subsequently, in order to increase the employability of 120 impoverished women.
- We have enough machinery for 120 women as long as space allows us, including our own Technical School in Melathur Somangalam village and a new location in the IRDRP office (2nd floor and 3rd floor).
